At VYBE Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please note: Returns sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within the 30-day return window, provided the item is returned in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
