Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer FREE Australia-wide shipping on all orders over AUD $70.

For orders below AUD $70, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak periods.

Shipping Locations

We’re currently an online-only store and do not have a physical location at the moment.

We currently ship Australia-wide, and all orders are placed online and delivered directly to you.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

VYBE Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

While we work with trusted shipping providers, delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.
